Man Drowned in a Pond Near Kobryn

On the evening of June 7, a report was received about the death of a person in an artificial reservoir near the village of Vialikiya Liepiasy, Kobryn District, reports the Water Rescue Society.

The deceased was a resident of Kobryn, born in 1989.

The man's body was recovered from the water by MES (Ministry of Emergency Situations) employees. He was found clothed, approximately four meters from the shore at a depth of two meters.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
