A deputy head of the main department for ideological work and youth affairs of the Brest Regional Executive Committee has been sought for a month now.
The first filter is having a higher education.
Candidates who entered the field of ideology after 2020 or after the start of the war are also suitable — only three years of work experience specifically in an ideologist position is required.
They also ask for experience in managerial positions and knowledge of legislation, especially that which regulates the sphere of information work.
The ideologist will need to possess "SMM specialist skills." Presumably, it means — but is not explicitly stated — that they will have to write propaganda comments on the internet themselves and coordinate such campaigns of their subordinates.
"Multitasking" and "teamwork" are necessary abilities.
The promised salary is 5355–5650 rubles.
This is twice the average salary in April 2026 in the Brest region. And more than the average salaries in almost all sectors (except pilots and programmers) in the capital.
