Search for 19-year-old Belarusian continues in Austria: report of him being found turned out to be a mistake
Information that Mikita Staliarou, a 19-year-old Belarusian who went missing in Austria, had been found, has not been confirmed. This was reported by a family friend who is helping with the search for the young man. Earlier information, received in the morning through the consulate, pertained to another person. The search for the young man continues.

Relatives managed to find out new details.
On April 30, Mikita sent acquaintances a photo from a car and wrote that he was going to work. The geolocation of this place was identified.
On May 3, the young man last made contact. In a conversation with a friend, he mentioned that he was in Austria, but not near Vienna, as previously thought, but near the border with Switzerland.
According to available information, at that moment the Belarusian was in the company of at least three people (presumably Russian-speaking).
