Consequences are known in Kyiv's Podilskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Obolonskyi, Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Darnytskyi districts. After ballistic missile strikes, power outages were observed in Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
In Kyiv, as of 08:00, four people were killed and 58 injured as a result of the strike.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, six people were killed and 36 injured. In Dnipro, 49 buildings were destroyed after the strike. Several people are not responding.
The death toll may rise as rubble is cleared.
