Part of the property of a large metropolitan enterprise, the Minsk Bearing Plant, has been arrested and put up for sale through auction, reported the 'BelYurZabespechenie' platform.

Two plant buildings on Zhylunovicha Street have been seized.
The first is an engineering and utility building with an area of more than 5.3 thousand square meters, built back in 1970 and not modernized since then. The second is an engineering and laboratory building with an area of about 770 square meters, which has also not been renovated for more than half a century.

The value of these objects is quite significant: the first is estimated at approximately 5.3 million rubles, the second - about 699 thousand.
The auctions for sale are scheduled for June 4. A potential buyer will have to immediately pay a deposit of 10% of the final price, and pay the remaining money within 20 days.
Thus, the plant's property is being sold off through a forced procedure, which indicates financial or legal problems of the enterprise.
