A new multifunctional center with direct metro access is being built in Minsk

A multifunctional center is being built in the capital at the intersection of Dzerzhinsky Avenue and Ya. Chachota Street. It is planned to be completed in 2027.
Previously, a multi-level parking lot for the "Megapolis" residential complex was planned here. But the parking lot was never completed. In 2024, it was decided to seize the land from the company and demolish what had been built.
The new owner bought the long-term construction project at an auction, reports "Onliner".
The project customer is CJSC "Beltyazhmash". You may know this organization from objects such as the Omega Tower business centers and the one at Zakharova, 42, and the Globo shopping center.
What's interesting is that the new multifunctional center will not only be spacious — 23,500 square meters — but also feature a rare highlight for Minsk.
"A multifunctional complex 'Chachota 2V' with direct metro access right into the building is being constructed a step away from 'Malinovka' metro station. Pedestrians will enter the retail space without going outside," the customer describes the concept, clarifying that they are currently collecting applications from potential tenants.
Who is expected in the "Chachota 2V" spaces? Various shops, gastromarkets, restaurants, cafes, food courts, coffee shops, bakeries. They also hope to open fitness, wellness, and beauty spots; children's and family spaces. And also banks, pharmacies, medical centers, service companies, offices. Applicants must apply for an area of at least 500 square meters.
