The most expensive apartment in November was purchased in a building where viewings were charged 7,000 rubles.

A flat in the Lake Views house on the Northern Coast in Minsk was purchased for almost $426,000. It became the most expensive apartment sold in Belarus in November. This is the same house where potential buyers had to pay a deposit of 7,000 rubles for the right to view the property, writes Realt.by.

The new house is registered at Tsvirki Street, 88 — near Tsnyanka. It consists of three isolated entrances of different heights — from 6 to 8 floors — and is designed for 79 apartments.

The developer calls the house a collector's item. Firstly, its close proximity to the park, which is just a few steps away, makes it so. Secondly, the house is already fully ready. Buyers do not have to wait for the completion of the apartments. Thirdly, there is its own parking and isolated recreation areas.

And finally, the apartments themselves are of a good standard. Ceilings are three meters high, all windows are floor-to-ceiling. Stylish open loggias, which are partially glazed, are striking. The view from the windows of the upper floors is of Tsnyanka. In general, it looks like modern houses somewhere in the European Mediterranean.

Another story associated with this house is that in August, the developer took a deposit of 7,000 rubles from potential buyers to view the apartments. If a person decided to purchase housing, they could contribute this money to the cost of the apartment. If not, the transferred amount was fully returned to them. This was actively discussed on social networks.

The developer kept the price tag a secret at that time. But it was known that the cost depends on the floor and square footage. The price of the apartment also includes one parking space in the covered parking under the stylobate of the house.

And now, in November, a one-room apartment with an area of 78.8 square meters was bought in this house for $425,898. The price per meter was approximately $5,398.

By the way, as the Telegram channel "Everyday Life of a Realtor" reported in early November, the average price per meter in transactions in this house is $4,990-5,690.
