In Kobrin District, an 11-year-old Quad Bike Driver Was Transporting a 7-year-old Passenger
Traffic police officers of the Kobrin district stopped two cases of minors driving vehicles without the right to drive, reports the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.

In the village of Magdalin on a public road, inspectors stopped a KXD quad bike. It was driven by an 11-year-old boy, who was transporting a 7-year-old passenger. Both children were without helmets.
The second incident was recorded in the village of Khadynichy. There, traffic police officers stopped a Minsk motorcycle, which was driven by a 15-year-old resident of the Kobrin district, also without a driving license.
In both cases, the parents of the minors were brought to administrative responsibility. For transferring a vehicle to a person without a driving license, they were fined 5 basic units.
Both vehicles were confiscated and taken to a guarded parking lot.
