In Svetlogorsk, a three-story building of the former culinary factory, which previously housed the well-known city cafe "Busel", has been put up for auction. Many residents of the city celebrated weddings, banquets, and other festivities here, writes Office Life.
The owner of the object is the local administration. The building with a total area of 5932 square meters, along with a land plot of almost 0.66 hectares, is offered for sale. The land lease term is valid until June 12, 2059.
The initial price of the lot is about 595.6 thousand rubles. However, the buyer will be obliged to use the building for its intended purpose - as a public catering facility.
Within a year, the new owner must either carry out current repairs or prepare design documentation for a large-scale reconstruction. After that, the object must be used in accordance with the project for at least three years.
The auction is scheduled for July 21.
