Nina Hniadzko is 70 years old. She is a resident of Minsk. Previously engaged in entrepreneurship, she is now retired.
She was sentenced in the Minsk City Court under Part 1 of Article 130 («inciting hostility») and Part 1 of Article 368 («insulting Lukashenka») of the Criminal Code.
Details of the case remain unknown, but typically, Belarusians are tried under such articles for statements and political comments on the internet. Nina was sentenced to «home chemistry» (restricted freedom).
The Belarusian authorities consider «extremism» to be subscribing to independent channels, media, having links to them on social networks, or having Belarusian national, pre-Lukashenka symbols on social networks or items. «Extremism» also includes virtually any criticism of the authorities, official historical narratives, or expressions of solidarity with Ukraine.
According to calculations by the «Belpol» association of law enforcement officers and human rights defenders, the names of 9594 people who have faced politically motivated criminal cases are known. In total, various political repressions (criminal cases, administrative cases, dismissals, searches) have affected about 500 thousand Belarusians. Several hundred thousand people have been forced to leave the country.

Іх недастаткова, бо хапаюць новых і рэпрэсіі не прыпыняюцца.
Але "зрабіў недастаткова" не ёсць слушная прэтэнзія да канкрэтнага перамоўшчыка. Мог не рабіць, і таго б не было.
Пры гэтым ён жа не кажа, як сектанты, пра добрага лукашэначку, якога трэба адцягваць ад Расеі, пра Беларусь, якая ўжо іншая і т.п.
Трохі прытамілі гэтыя ўзаемныя прэтэнзіі паміж маргінальнымі групоўкамі, ў якіх губляюцца глузды. У адных лідар з фэйсбука нібыта кіруе вызваленнямі, ў другіх бруд на перамоўшчыка.
