Minsk residents converted an apartment into a two-story one, and are now selling it. How much are they asking?
On the tenth floor of a high-rise building located on Belinsky Street, the owners converted a standard apartment into a two-level dwelling. In the advertisement, this space is characterized as a "two-story loft," writes "Minskaya Pravda."

The ten-story residential building where the apartment is located was built in 2011 and is situated in close proximity to Leonid Beda Street and Katovka Square. The apartment for sale occupies the top, tenth floor of this building. The total area of the apartment is 87 square meters, of which 57 square meters are living space.
The seller called this dwelling a four-room apartment.




The first level features rooms such as a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
Additional sleeping areas are provided on the second floor.
This unusual apartment was valued at 594,300 rubles, with the square meter costing 6,831 rubles (about 204,641 dollars and 2,352 dollars per square meter).
