"We warned, [Alexander Lukashenka] spoke out many times and said: dear Belarusians, refrain from traveling to Russia today, especially to border regions. Drones fall there every day, such unpleasant incidents happen. We have not closed the borders, it is everyone's decision – to go or not to go.
This is not a bus for an organized excursion, it's not some school, not a sports society, not from some ministry or department. These are absolutely private trips of various citizens of our Belarus who decided to go to Anapa on the Black Sea. ... when traveling there, they undoubtedly expose themselves to great danger," said the Chairman of the Security Council.

"We have many lakes, rivers, forests, beautiful places where you can go, take a tent and relax with your family, in a civilized, cultural way, enjoying nature. You can also find other ways to relax on the territory of our beloved Belarus.
Dear compatriots, refrain from traveling today. You expose yourselves and your loved ones, those who travel with you, to danger. No one can guarantee your safety on such trips until the special military operation stops (this is how Russia and Lukashenka's supporters call the war — **NN**). You need to think with your own head, make the right decision," Volfovich urged.
