Modern music icon Taylor Swift and American football player Travis Kelce were married on Friday, July 3, in a lavish ceremony held at Madison Square Garden. A representative for the singer confirmed the information, People writes.
“The bride and groom’s wedding attire was created by the Christian Dior Haute Couture atelier. They were designed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Dior's women's, men's, and couture collections, in close collaboration with the couple. This is Anderson's first wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. The shoes were custom-made by Christian Louboutin, and the bride wore Cartier jewelry,” a statement from Swift’s representative reads.
According to the statement, the couple had neither a maid of honor nor groomsmen.
Taylor’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her "man of honor," while Travis’s brother, Jason Kelce, was the best man. The ceremony, which united the two families, was officiated by their friend — actor and comedian Adam Sandler.
After the couple was pronounced husband and wife, a message appeared on the large screens near the arena: "JUST&T MARRIED!" ("Just Married!").
