A tragedy was narrowly avoided near the city of Marmaris, off the coast of Turkey. During an excursion in Aquarium Bay around 15:45, a tourist boat sank . Fortunately, all passengers were evacuated in time.

According to reports, the ship's crew timely noticed a malfunction and urgently directed the vessel towards the shore. Crews from other nearby boats, as well as the coast guard, promptly responded to the distress call.
All 110 passengers were quickly rescued. The boat fully sank just after the last person had disembarked. However, no one was injured in the incident.
An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
