From April 1, Belagroprombank is lowering the interest rate on loans for purchasing real estate in the secondary market. For the first 180 days, the loan rate will be 14.5%, and after that — 16.75%. Previously obtained real estate loans from other banks can also be refinanced at this same rate.
Prior to this, loans were issued at 15.5%, and then at 17.96%.
A deferment of principal payment is provided for six months.
Yesterday it was reported that Belinvestbank also lowered the mortgage rate for secondary housing — from 18.11% to 17.5%.
