Licensed Software to Appear in Belarusian Schools Within 3 Years

The Education Ministry of Belarus played host to a meeting between Education Minister Siarhiej Maskievich and Microsoft’s Multi-Country General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe Takuya Hirano.

The parties discussed the ways to develop strategic cooperation between the Belarusian education system and Microsoft Corporation. Siarhiej Maskievich stressed that Microsoft is a basic platform both for the education system and the High-Tech Park residents.

The sides agreed on a project to switch Belarus’ education system, first of all its comprehensive school, on the licensed software within the next three years.
