Belarus's Gold and Foreign Exchange Reserves fell below $15 billion
Belarus's gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased by $609 million in September and amounted to $14.633 billion as of October 1, 2026.
The reduction in the volume of gold and foreign exchange reserves is due to the decrease in gold prices on international markets, explains the National Bank.
At the beginning of the year, the gold and foreign exchange reserves amounted to $14.4 billion, and in February, due to rising gold prices, they reached $16.4 billion.
