It took four years in total, initially working 12-14 hours a day.

Pinsk resident Ryhor Kaśko has turned his yard into an unusual attraction. The pensioner built a 15-meter model of a combat frigate with his own hands. Now schoolchildren come to see the ship, writes "Minskaya Praŭda".
The construction of the frigate took four years. The master took the ship "Apostles Peter and Paul" as a basis. As a result, a ship appeared in the yard with a length of 15 meters, a width of five meters, and a height of almost three stories.
Before starting the work, Ryhor received verbal permission from the city executive committee. Then he installed the frame and gradually began to give the structure the shape of a frigate. As a result, the unusual structure was registered as a summer kitchen in the shape of a ship.

For decoration, the master used putty, stones, foam plastic, and foam blocks. He found ideas and details in library drawings.
In the first years, the man worked on the ship 12-14 hours a day. Children helped install the masts, and help from acquaintances was needed only once. The pensioner performed the main part of the work independently.
Several zones are equipped inside the frigate. The first floor is designed like a real hold: sharks, dolphins, a whale, rays, and even skeletons are located here. The ship also has a galley and cabins.

Ryhor Kaśko is not going to stop there. His next dream is to build a real lighthouse in Pinsk.
