Motorists who violate rules when using paid parking lots in Minsk will no longer have yellow notices placed on their cars — notifications will be sent to their personal account on the website parkouka.by. This was announced by the state institution "Capital Parking".
These changes will be introduced starting September 1, 2026.
Violations of parking rules can be paid through the ERIP payment system.
