"We give the States what they want." Russian channel published a video called Ryzhankov's recording with a hidden camera in a car
The video appeared on the eve of Lukashenka's visit to Russia. However, neither the video inspires confidence, nor does Ryzhankov's voice seem genuine.

The Russian political Telegram channel "EZh", which is associated with the Kremlin, on the eve of Alexander Lukashenka's visit to Russia published a video with an allegedly intercepted conversation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Maksim Ryzhankov.
In the recording, a man discusses a possible deal with American investors with a subordinate. In the low-quality black-and-white video, a man sits in the back seat of a car and talks on a mobile phone. At the same time, the audio and video do not match.
According to the man in the audio, the deal with the American investor is personally controlled by "The First" — a hint at Alexander Lukashenka. This deal is supposedly supposed to "open doors" for Belarus, and its cost "doesn't matter," as all expenses are allegedly planned to be "compensated at the expense of neighbors." This is a clear hint at the possible sale of the Nezhin Mining and Processing Plant for potash salts to American investors as part of a "big deal" with Donald Trump.
There is no confirmation of the authenticity of the recording or the claims made in it. Moreover, the voice sounds unlike that of Minister Ryzhankov, whose speech is characterized by distinct Belarusian "s'" and "a" sounds. Therefore, this information should be perceived very carefully, as it may be an element of a planned information operation.
