A Belarusian coin with a face value of 50 rubles is offered for 2150 dollars
A commemorative gold coin of the National Bank of Belarus, "Hedgehog," with a face value of 50 rubles, has appeared for sale on the online platform eBay. A seller from the USA valued it at 2150 dollars, noticed the publication Myfin.by.

The coin was put into circulation in 2011. Along with it, the buyer is offered a certificate of authenticity.
The high price is explained not by its face value, but by its collectible worth. The coin is made of gold of the highest purity in "proof" quality, features a diamond inlay, and was issued in a very limited mintage — only 1000 copies.
