1st Maternity Hospital in Minsk Temporarily Closed

Maternity Hospital No. 1, which operates at the 1st City Clinical Hospital in Minsk, has been temporarily closed. The medical institution will not admit patients from May 8 to May 21, 2026, writes Blizko.by.

The reason cited was the performance of preventive disinfection and measures to maintain an adequate level of infectious safety.

The closure was formalized by a corresponding order from the Healthcare Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

The maternity hospital also announced that people who have paid for services in advance can get a refund if necessary. To do this, they should contact the institution by phone.
