Four-time Olympic biathlon champion Darya Domracheva conducts business in Belarus as an individual entrepreneur. The athlete opened her sole proprietorship eleven years ago, in the autumn of 2014. This was right after the Sochi Olympics, where she won three gold medals, writes the publication "Zerkalo".

The main activity of Domracheva's sole proprietorship is the rental of her own and leased real estate. With the help of Belpol, "Zerkalo" found out that the athlete owns office premises in the 33-story Royal Plaza business center, located at Pobediteley Avenue, 7A. The building is near the Galleria Minsk shopping center.
Interestingly, Royal Plaza was commissioned in May 2014, in June the biathlete ceased service in the KGB, and in September she opened her sole proprietorship.

Domracheva owns four premises on the 16th floor. The total area is 474 square meters. When she bought them and how much she spent is unknown.
Currently, an office on the fourth floor of Royal Plaza is being sold at a price of 8.5 thousand rubles per square meter (a little over 3000 dollars — here and further the conversion is at the National Bank exchange rate on May 12). Based on this price, the cost of 474 square meters in this business center could be 1.44 million dollars.

The rental cost for such real estate varies from 48 to 59 rubles per square meter. If Domracheva rented out her meters at such a price, she would receive from 22.8 to 28 thousand rubles monthly (from 8150 to 8500 dollars).
This is not all the athlete's real estate in Minsk. As "Zerkalo" managed to find out, the biathlete also owns two other apartments. One — with an area of 250 square meters — is located across the river from the Royal Plaza business center in the so-called "Chizh's house" on Starozhovskaya Street. The second — smaller, 57 square meters — is on Kamennogorskaya Street.
In addition, Darya has a house in the prestigious village of Laporovichi, near Minsk. In 2020, media reported that French actor Gérard Depardieu also leased a plot of land for 99 years not far from Domracheva's house.

Meanwhile, real estate rental is not Darya Domracheva's only business. She has a branded clothing and other sports goods store. However, legally it does not belong to her, but is registered to the sole proprietorship of her mother — Larisa Minina.
