Zelenskyy: Moscow is trying to draw Minsk into war against Ukraine or an operation against a NATO country
Following a meeting with the heads of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, the SBU, and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made several statements, in which he also mentioned Belarus.

"We continue to record Russia's attempts to further involve Belarus in the war against Ukraine. We know that additional contacts have taken place between the Russians and Alexander Lukashenka, the purpose of which is to persuade him to join new aggressive operations by Russia. In particular, Russia is considering plans for operations to the south and north of the territory of Belarus — either against the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction in Ukraine, or against one of the NATO countries — specifically from the territory of Belarus. Ukraine possesses the details of the conversation between Russia and Belarus," Zelenskyy states.
He also said that Ukraine's actions in response to Russian strikes that claim human lives were discussed.
"We are rightfully retaliating against the Russian oil industry, military production, and those individuals who are directly committing war crimes against Ukraine and Ukrainians," Zelenskyy noted.
In addition, the President of Ukraine emphasized that HUR specialists "received documents indicating Russia's preparation of new missile and drone strikes on Ukraine, specifically, as they indicate, on 'decision-making centers'."
Zelenskyy did not limit himself to words and also published copies of some documents obtained by intelligence.
