The bird was in a critical condition, and people did not leave it without help — they called specialists from the 'Sirin' wild animal rescue center.
Center staff took the heron and are currently providing it with assistance: feeding it and trying to stabilize its condition. However, its condition is assessed as critical.
Such cases are characterized by the fact that wild birds often require specialized veterinary care and keeping conditions. Therefore, specialists emphasize: do not try to treat them on your own or take them home.
If you find an injured wild animal or bird, you should contact the relevant services — for example, the district inspectorate of natural resources, the district executive committee, or a veterinary station. Only specialists can properly organize the transportation and rehabilitation of the animal.
