Breast augmentation operations began in Barysaw — in connection with the Year of Women
They say it costs a quarter less than in Minsk.

The Barysaw maternity hospital has become the first district perinatal center in the Minsk region to launch aesthetic plastic surgery services. The first operation for augmentation mammoplasty — implant placement — has already been performed, writes Mlyn.by.
The chief doctor of the institution, Volha Kanasheuskaya, explains the decision simply: this year has been declared the Year of the Belarusian Woman, so they decided to care not only about the health of patients but also about their appearance. The operations are performed by plastic surgeon Yury Rubtsou, who has been developing this direction in Barysaw since 2017.
The main advantage over capital clinics is the price and post-operative observation. One zone costs 1200 rubles compared to 1600 rubles and higher in Minsk. Moreover, patients are not discharged immediately after anesthesia — they remain under the supervision of the same doctors.
In addition to mammoplasty, liposuction, abdominal surgery, and other interventions can now be done in Barysaw. There is already a waiting list.
