The most expensive apartment is located in an eight-story building at Aviacyjnaja street, 10. The residential building was erected in 2018.
The three-room apartment has an area of 77 square meters. The cost of housing in the panel building amounted to 190 thousand dollars. This means the square meter was valued at 2461 dollars.
As for Minsk itself, in February, the most expensive apartment in it was sold in the Depo quarter near Victory Square. An apartment in the Brill house at Kisyalyova, 6 was sold for 470 thousand dollars.
