Abandoned Bagdanovich Estate to be Transformed into a Boutique Hotel PHOTOS
Belarusian architectural studio ZROBIM architects unveiled its new ambitious project — the reconstruction of the old Bagdanovich estate in Vileika, in the village of Starynki. They plan to transform it into a luxurious chamber boutique hotel.
The estate dates back to the early 20th century and is located on the outskirts of the village. Once, the land here belonged to Count Alexander Lensky, later to the Tukala family, and then, it is believed, Bagdanovich won it in cards.
Travelers across Belarus always noted: although the house stood abandoned, it was preserved in quite good condition. It was built from natural stone and brick.
The project by ZROBIM architects shows that the designers tried to preserve the original spirit of the estate as much as possible and incorporate old elements into the interior — for example, brickwork and tiles.
Much wood will be used here, and vintage furniture and warm lighting will be introduced.

Previously, another historical Bagdanovich estate, "Dvor Stayki," was transformed into a complex for weddings and events.
