Belarusians will be able to apply for Swedish visas through the Hungarian Embassy in Minsk
Sweden and Hungary have agreed on cooperation in visa matters. Thanks to this, citizens of Belarus can now apply for short-term Schengen visas to Sweden through the Hungarian Embassy in Minsk.

This refers to Category C visas, which allow staying in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
It is still not possible to obtain a Swedish Category D visa in Minsk — such applications are accepted by the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow. Interviews, biometric data collection, and passport control will continue to be conducted there. These procedures are available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
