Completion of residential complex "Andreevsky" in Minsk postponed to next year
Construction of residential high-rise buildings has been ongoing for several years in the area of Zakharova street in Minsk. The "Andreevsky" residential complex is being built by a state developer, but progress is not as fast as co-investors would like. Last year, construction stopped for several months, and today, information about the postponement of the completion dates for the first houses appeared in the "Zvyazda" newspaper, writes Realt.by.

As noted in the additions to the project declaration, the completion of houses No. 1 and No. 2 according to the General Plan is postponed to April 2027, although according to previously announced plans, the high-rise buildings were supposed to be completed in the summer-autumn of this year.
The "Andreevsky" residential complex is growing on the site of former industrial buildings at the intersection of Zakharova and Andreevskaya streets. Two years ago, all old buildings were demolished here, and construction of a new block began on the site.
Last summer, a problem with power grids arose at the construction site of the residential complex, and work even had to be suspended.
Currently, the first two houses are fully erected. The new buildings comprise 17-18 floors each.
Apartments in the residential complex are put on sale in batches. For example, in May, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments were offered here at a price of 6800-8000 rubles per square meter.
Given the price range, housing in the complex is being sold without a frenzy. Judging by the information from the "Andreevsky" website, there are still about 50 apartments left in the two houses. By the way, a 1% loan is available for their purchase.

The entire "Andreevsky" residential complex will consist of five high-rise buildings totaling 30 thousand square meters. Cafes and shops will open on their first levels, and public spaces and playgrounds for children's activities will appear in the courtyards.
