Part of the property of the Gomel Winery was put up for auction due to the difficult financial situation of the enterprise.
The administrative and utility building in Rechytsa, an asphalted area in front of it, as well as a range of engineering equipment, including a heating boiler, heat exchanger, air conditioners, heat meters, and a cable line, were put up for sale. Along with this, permanent usage rights for two land plots with a total area of about 4.16 hectares are being sold. The starting price of the lot is 164,439 rubles.
According to financial indicators, in 2025, the plant's revenue decreased by more than threefold - from 17.5 to less than 5.5 million rubles. Simultaneously, net losses increased from 2.4 to 2.7 million rubles. Due to arrears in taxes and contributions to the Social Protection Fund, restrictions on registration actions were imposed on the company's property.
This is not the company's first attempt to sell its assets. Previously, other real estate objects and production equipment were already put up for auction, but this did not significantly help improve the plant's financial situation.
