According to information from the National Cadastral Agency, from April to June, 357 empty houses were sold in rural areas of Belarus. In almost every second case (193 transactions), the cost was only 1 base value. June was the most active month with 147 sales.

Hrodna region became the leader in the number of sold houses — 96 objects. In Minsk region, 64 houses were sold, in Brest region — 63, in Vitsebsk region — 57, in Mahilioŭ region — 56. The fewest transactions were concluded in Homieĺ region — 21.
217 houses were sold without bidding, 140 houses through auction.
“Interest in cheap country real estate persists. Buyers are looking for summer cottages, land in a quiet area, and a base for equipping a cozy estate,” — the National Cadastral Agency reported.
