A Belarusian and a Pole who were documenting events of the Belarusian diaspora were detained in Warsaw
Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) detained a Belarusian and a Pole who, according to the agency's information, "were carrying out tasks for foreign intelligence for money," the agency's press service reported .

"Their activity consisted, in particular, of transferring photos and video recordings from events organized by the Belarusian diaspora in Warsaw. These materials were subsequently used for the propaganda purposes of the Belarusian regime," the report states.
The detention took place on June 25. The Belarusian was taken into custody for three months. The Pole was forbidden from leaving the country, had his passport confiscated, and was obliged to regularly report to the police.
