During this admission campaign, BNTU will introduce an electronic queue for accepting documents from applicants. It will operate on the same principle as in banks or polyclinics, said the first vice-rector of the university, Andrei Safonov, reports sb.by.
BNTU is the first among universities to test the electronic queue system for document admission. It will manage the flow of those who come to the university in a live queue to submit documents.
The first vice-rector of BNTU emphasized that applicants to any university must submit original documents in person.
Usually, most graduates come on the first and last days of the admission campaign. And proper organization of flows will help avoid queues and a nervous atmosphere for both applicants and university staff.
According to Andrei Safonov, the necessary equipment has now been purchased and is being set up. The system will have its own specifics.
In the foyer, monitors and touch panels are planned to be installed for obtaining tickets, and in the large assembly hall and in the inner courtyard, information boards will be placed so that applicants can monitor the queue movement and await an invitation to the desired auditorium.
