Minsk's state veterinary service is developing, assured Dmitry Shaloika, head of the "Minsk City Veterinary Station." "Today we are actively investing in new equipment, opening new clinics," he stated.
In a few weeks, they plan to open a new clinic on Angarskaya Street.
"The operating mode may not be round-the-clock right away. We will see how it operates," noted the head of the vet station.
A 24-hour clinic is promised to open by the end of the year.
