A resident of Grodno had an unpleasant experience after buying shawarma in the culinary department of the "Korona" shopping center. Inside was a piece of chicken bone, which, according to the girl, even caused a part of her tooth to chip off. The Grodno resident shared this on the social network Threads, noted the publication Blizko.by.

After the incident, the girl contacted the store employees. They returned her money, but in cash, although the purchase was paid for by card. The girl was also surprised that she was not given a complaint book. Later, she left a claim on the shopping center's website, and a store representative contacted her, offering compensation only after treatment, but without official guarantees in the form of a receipt.
Therefore, the girl fears that she might be left without compensation, as she will only see a dentist in two months, and by then her problems might be "forgotten."
Specialists in such situations advise contacting the relevant control services and demanding official documents about obligations from the establishment, to have grounds for litigation if necessary.
