In reality, Russian missiles and drones have varying accuracy and often strike randomly.
On May 23, Russia already launched an attack on Kyiv and the region with 90 missiles and 600 drones. As a result, a shopping center, a market, residential buildings, and museums burned down.
Moscow justifies the new round of escalation as revenge for the strike on Starobilsk. There, strikes were reportedly aimed at a base of Russian drone operators, but Moscow claims that students lived in the local college dormitory.
