Where will they be located?

The development of new-type dormitories — apartment-style — continues in the capital, gradually replacing the so-called "small family" apartments, said Irina Gontareva, chairperson of the Construction and Investment Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, according to Minsk-Novosti.
According to I. Gontareva, the new dormitories are not typical buildings with corridor systems and blocks, but full-fledged apartments provided for temporary use.
Among such facilities are a building on Semashko Street and a reconstructed building on Mayakovsky Street, 22. Three apartment-type dormitories will appear in the Lebyazhy residential area. Another building will be constructed for college students in the area of Lieutenant Kizhevatov and Korzhenevsky streets. An dormitory on Kabushkina Street, intended for construction complex workers, is also in the design stage. In addition, an dormitory on Dologinovskiy Trakt next to the infectious disease hospital, specifically designed for medical workers, will be put into operation this year.
