Minsk resident was told by police he was carrying out fraudsters' tasks. But he didn't listen
Police detained a 25-year-old hairdresser who continued to carry out tasks for telephone fraudsters even after speaking with real police officers.

About a month ago, the man was detained by police for collecting money from a defrauded Minsk resident and leaving it in a hideout for the next courier.
At the time, he explained that he did not understand the criminality of his actions and thought he was helping people exchange money for cryptocurrency.
However, even after a criminal case was opened, the guy continued to communicate with his handler and carried out two more of his orders in Minsk and Salihorsk. There he collected funds totaling almost 90,000 rubles and transferred them further along the criminal chain.
For which he received about five thousand rubles.
A criminal case has been opened for fraud on a particularly large scale. The guy faces imprisonment from three to 12 years.
