In the Mogilev Free Economic Zone, it is planned to create a new industrial facility called "Smart Park". It will appear on the territory of the former "Mogilevkhimvolokno" enterprise, where production workshops were previously located. Now, these areas are planned to be transformed into a modern investment platform.
The project involves a complete modernization of the infrastructure using digital technologies, new management systems, and environmental standards. Within the future park, there will be a production building with an area of about 150,000 square meters and an administrative building with an area of about 7,800 square meters.
Previously, the FEZ announced a competition for startup ideas for the development of this platform. The proposed projects covered various directions – from "smart" logistics to energy efficiency. All presented ideas were recognized as important and recommended for practical implementation.
Essentially, it is an attempt to transform an old industrial zone into a modern technology park with more efficient and "smart" organization of production.
