With the arrival of warmth, natural fires have become more frequent
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in recent days, fires in forests, as well as dry grass and bush fires, have been recorded in several regions of Belarus.

In the Gomel region, two forest fires were extinguished in the Zhytkavichy and Chachersk districts over the past day. The total area of the fires was 0.08 hectares. The fire was put out without the use of Ministry of Emergency Situations equipment.
The region also recorded four dry grass and bush fires in the Dobrush, Zhlobin, Mozyr, and Rahachow districts. The total area of these fires was 0.3507 hectares.
In the Hrodna region, Ministry of Emergency Situations employees responded 15 times to extinguish dry vegetation and three more times to forest fires. As a result, natural fire damaged 13.04 hectares of territory.
In the Mogilev region, rescuers extinguished dry vegetation fires seven times.
Currently, restrictions on visiting forests are in effect almost everywhere in Belarus. Forests are open without restrictions only in seven districts of the Mogilev region: Krychaw, Cherykaw, Slawharad, Krasnapolle, Klimavichy, Kastryukovichy, and Khotsimsk.
A complete ban on visiting forests has been introduced in three western districts of the country: Svislach, Byerastavitsa, and Vawkavysk.
