In the Lida district, the "Mazheikava" distillery, which ceased operations after its owner went bankrupt, has been put up for sale again. The lot appeared on the "BelYurZabespyachenne" platform.

The enterprise is located in the agricultural town of Mazheikava. It was built in Soviet times and later underwent modernization. This, however, did not save the plant from closure: in 2019, it was stopped after the agricultural enterprise "Mazheikava", to which it belonged, was declared insolvent.
The prospective buyer will be offered a complete production complex: a distillery workshop, a spirit storage facility, a finished product warehouse, several other buildings, and equipment – a total of 14 objects. The package also includes a land plot leased for 50 years.
The auction is scheduled for May 14. The starting price is 18 million rubles. The buyer will have to pay a deposit of 10% of the final cost and pay the remaining amount within 20 days.
This plant has been put up for sale not for the first time – since 2024, auctions have been held several times, but no one willing to acquire such an asset has been found yet.
