Belarusians suggest filing complaints against the apartment residents and also ask: where are the security forces looking?

In the comments, it was suggested that the photo was taken in the residential complex "Minsk World":
"The majority of apartments in 'Minsk World' are bought by citizens of the Russian Federation, and the rest by rural residents of the Republic of Belarus. Therefore, it's not surprising."
Belarusians note that, according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, it is forbidden to display anything on the facades of an apartment building without the permission of all apartment owners, and suggest filing complaints.
