A popular cafe in the historical center of Grodno has been put up for sale

The popular Grodno cafe "1128", located on Vyalikaya Traetskaya street in the historical center of the city, has been put up for sale. They are asking about 368 thousand rubles for the establishment, writes Office Life.

The cafe occupies a space of 160 square meters in a building constructed in 2021. The concept of the establishment is a tribute to Grodno, its resilience and beauty. This is reflected in the interior, and the menu features predominantly Belarusian cuisine.

The potential buyer is offered an operating restaurant with the necessary equipment, an established team, and streamlined business processes. Among the advantages is also the possibility to equip an additional summer terrace with 60 seats without land lease costs.
