The building on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk, which previously housed the main office of the "Triple" company, has been put up for auction. Information about this appeared on the property sales platform "BelYurZabespechenie", writes Realt.by.
The eight-story building on Pobediteley Avenue, 51/2, was put up for auction due to the owner's debts. It houses offices of various companies. Previously, the main office of "Triple" was located in this building.
The debtor in the auction information is listed as the company "Belsitioyl". It is known that in 2022, this company acquired the "Makouz" estate, which was sold for "Triple's" debts. At that time, the owner of "Belsitioyl" was Yuri Chizh's son.
The area of the office premises put up for auction on Pobediteley Avenue is about 6.6 thousand square meters. The auction is scheduled for October 20, with applications for participation accepted until 4:00 PM on October 19. The initial price is 25 million rubles (8.3 million dollars).
