The most expensive private house sold in Minsk in July was in Kamennaya Gorka
The buyer paid $700K for it.

The most expensive house sold in the capital in July unexpectedly turned out to be a cottage in the private sector on the outskirts of the Kamennaya Gorka microdistrict. According to Realt.by, the buyer paid $700 thousand for it.
This small patch of private sector is located within the streets of Lyutsinskaya, Vyazynskaya, and Kalesnikava, near Lyabyazhy railway station, not far from the Minsk Ring Road (MKAD). This area is not slated for demolition. Moreover, a new bridge will soon appear there, connecting Kamennaya Gorka with Pobediteley Avenue.
Therefore, there are quite a lot of houses built in this area over the past 10-15 years. The block-built cottage sold was built in 2018. Its total area is 741 "squares" (square meters), meaning one square meter was valued at $945.
