In Belarus, they learned to repair heating networks without shutting off heating
Specialists of "Minsk Heating Network" (Minskkommunalteploseti) tested a new technology.

The enterprise "Minsk Heating Network" (Minskkommunalteploseti) for the first time in Belarus replaced a section of heat networks without disconnecting consumers from thermal energy on Sharangovich Street on July 9, Minsk-News reports.

As explained by the first deputy director — chief engineer of the enterprise Gennady Lukashevich, similar technologies have been used for several years by "MINGAZ" (Minsk Gas), whose specialists provide technical support to employees of "Minsk Heating Network".
However, replacing worn-out pipelines carrying water coolant in this way is being carried out for the first time in the country.

— Gas and heat transfer medium are completely different environments, — said Andrey Virachkin, director of "Minsk Heating Network". — But we decided to test this technology on heating networks. All aspects of the pilot project were thoroughly worked out. And the task was successfully completed. I want to note that performing work without disconnecting consumers is especially relevant during the heating season, when it is necessary to connect new consumers or rectify an emergency situation. The application of this technology allows work to be performed so that Minsk residents do not experience discomfort.
