According to the official, this decision is being made for the greater convenience of residents. It is assumed that people will be able to simultaneously resolve administrative issues, make purchases, or use other services offered by shopping centers.
In addition to 'one-stop-shop' services, they also plan to move settlement and reference centers to shopping centers.
As noted by the Minsk City Executive Committee, this will allow concentrating various state and service facilities in one place, making them more accessible for Minsk residents.
