Poles on the border with Belarus, calling their rescuers, reach Belarusian ones
In Poland's border areas adjacent to Belarus, residents have experienced serious problems with dialling the emergency number 112. When calling Polish services, they are connected to Belarusian ones, writes Polsat.

People complain that when trying to call emergency services, their calls sometimes don't go to the Polish system but are rerouted to Belarusian base stations and, as a result, may be handled by Belarusian dispatch services. This causes alarm, as in critical situations, access to local emergency services can be difficult or delayed.
Representatives of local authorities in the Podlaskie Voivodeship claim that there are indeed disruptions in mobile communication in the region. Some officials believe that this may be related to targeted interference from Belarus and even call it an element of hybrid warfare. According to them, signals from the Belarusian side can interfere with the operation of Polish networks and force phones to connect to foreign infrastructure.
At the same time, other officials note that the situation does not look the same all the time: in some cases, 112 can still be reached, but sometimes there are delays or connection problems, especially in border areas.
The problems affect not only emergency calls but also regular mobile communication. Residents note that their phones sometimes connect to Belarusian networks, which can also lead to additional costs.
Local authorities stated that they plan to investigate the situation and discuss it with mobile operators to improve the coverage of Polish networks in border areas and minimize risks to public safety.

Конечно-конечно, во всём виноваты белорусы и украинцы. А то что польская сеть начинает отваливаться ещё по дороге между Подляской и Варшавой это ерунда. Вышки ставить надо и не экономить на мощностях.
Людям совет: выбирайте подключение к оператору вручную. Так ваш телефон возле границы останется в домашней сети. Актуально по обе стороны границы. Кстати белорусы в приграничье не зная об этой штуке и попадают в роуминг.
