SBU claims to have intercepted a Russian document indicating no Ukrainian UAVs were over the highway near Bryansk
According to the SBU, this document was obtained during counterintelligence operations.
The Security Service of Ukraine stated that it intercepted an official Russian document denying Ukraine's involvement in the attack on a bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region.
This refers to an information certificate from the monitoring center of the state institution "Safe Region" in the Bryansk region. According to the SBU, this document was obtained during counterintelligence operations.
The summary claims that at the time of the bus incident, there were no Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the airspace of the area.
In particular, the intercepted certificate notes that:
— "The regional segment of the operational headquarters of the Unified National Center" did not record any UAVs in the incident area;
— the presence of drones in the airspace was also not confirmed by the duty officer of the radar battalion in the Russian settlement of Suponevo;
— furthermore, the duty officer of the 32nd division of Russian troops also did not confirm any drone flights at the relevant time.
Thus, the SBU believes there are grounds to suggest that the attack on the bus with Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region could have been a special operation by Russian special services.
